NAPIT has maintained its Investor in Customers (IIC) Gold award for a second year, after surveying all their members this month.

Over the last five years, NAPIT has focused on improving the experience of being a member by participating in the IIC programme. IIC is an independent assessment of excellence in the fields of customer service and customer relationships. NAPIT continue to work with IIC to ensure members’ needs are understood and met.
