LIA continues to develop lighting community’s future

Since its launch last year, over 600 students have passed through the Academy’s doors. The academy offers the widest selection of learning related to the lighting industry, which now includes the first ever Higher National Certificate (HNC) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in lighting being taught in the UK in partnership with the University of South Wales (USW).

The LIA Certificate is an industry recognised suite of learning designed for those embarking on a career in lighting, also those in the industry looking to further develop their skills and knowledge.

Standards and Legislation, covers the key topics that impact and govern the lighting community, including BSEN 60598, with edition 7 being withdrawn in October, are you ready?

Energy efficient lighting, introduces the skills and understanding of the opportunities presented by new energy efficient lighting and controls technology.

Our Lighting Design Software courses are designed to suit various levels of experience and incorporate the latest changes to the software.
