Develop to debut new coaching and mentoring programme in early 2024

Develop Training - New mentor programme

Develop Training, a nationwide training provider, is in the final stages of preparing its new coaching and mentoring programme, set for release in early 2024.

The programme, designed by the company’s Organisational Development Consultant, Hanna Magdziarek, aims to enhance the coaching, mentoring, and leadership abilities of middle to senior management personnel.

Spanning six months, the programme will offer participants a combination of monthly group sessions and individual coaching. This structure is intended to facilitate the development, practice, and application of various coaching and mentoring techniques and thought processes, under the guidance of seasoned coaches.

Hanna Magdziarek, the Organisational Development Consultant spearheading this initiative at Develop, shared her insights on the programme’s development: “The creation and trialling stages of our new coaching and mentoring programme have been really exciting and insightful. We are now looking forward to the finalisation of the programme, ahead of its launch in the early months of 2024.”

She further explained the programme’s objectives, stating, “The programme has been curated to take delegates through the process of coaching and mentoring, undergoing a deep self-analysis to acquaint individuals with key leadership skills.”

While it hasn’t been confirmed if Develop is targeting a specific industry with its latest programme, the company, which is part of the JTL Group, has a wide range of courses aimed specifically at the electrical industry. They span from low-voltage working practices all the way up to working with high-voltage distribution systems.

It’s likely that the new coaching and mentoring programme could be applied across industries, so those in the electrical industry hoping to level up their leadership skills could still benefit.
