Vertiv has confirmed that it has joined Eurovent as a corresponding member, with the company set to play an active role in Europe’s industry association for indoor climate (HVAC), process cooling, and food cold chain technologies.
Vertiv boasts a range of solutions for data centres, communication networks and commercial industrial facilities with a portfolio of power cooling and IT infrastructure solutions and services that extends from the cloud to the edge. This is why Eurovent is a natural fit for Vertiv, with its line-up of commercial and industrial cooling solutions of custom air handling, air-cooled, and evaporative-cooled rooftop DX units, indirect and direct evaporative cooling.
Mario Scattolin, Global Compliance Director of Vertiv, commented, “We are proud to become a Corresponding Member of Eurovent, one of Europe’s leading HVACR industry associations which also helps certify the performance of our IT cooling products. Vertiv has been engineering thermal management solutions for over 50 years and has been recognized as the largest global supplier in the data centre cooling market. By joining Eurovent, we look forward to working together to develop new solutions for efficient and sustainable systems with the latest standards for the environment and the industry as a whole.”
Raul Corredera Haener, Eurovent President, added, “On behalf of Eurovent, we are delighted to welcome Vertiv as our newest Corresponding Member. With their experience in providing commercial and industrial solutions, we look forward to their cooperation in shaping the future of the HVACR industry together. As a Eurovent Corresponding Member, Vertiv will have the ability to stay ahead of the curve by participating in the development and advocacy of highly relevant legislation and standards, promotion of the industry interests and initiatives, as well as diminishing trade and export barriers inside and outside Europe. The membership also provides the ability to increase Vertiv’s visibility in the industry by staying in touch with key influencers, innovators and experts from all around Europe and beyond.”
