Tassos Kougionis – principal consultant – Bsria Residential, Sustainable Construction Group, said: “As construction professionals, building users and occupiers, Bsria recognises we have the obligation to deliver a safer, healthier and more considerate built environment supported by appropriate housing – we want to make buildings better. Through our residential network, senior speakers provide useful insights and the most up to date information on accelerated quality construction of new homes in the UK.

“I am particularly delighted to welcoming the Rt Hon. Lord Stunell OBE as our keynote speaker. His knowledge and expertise of communities and the construction sector is unparalleled and I am looking forward to his unique insights and feedback.

“Our industry continues to demonstrate that we have the capacity, the will and the passion required to meet high new homes quality and delivery targets. But one cannot achieve this alone. A tremendous effort is being made to safeguard, protect and improve new homes safety and quality, prevent an industry ‘race to the bottom’ and ensure minimum requirements in terms of standards, policies, guidance and regulations are met and continuously improved.

Increased new homes delivery and quality go hand to hand. Though the Bsria residential network we- industrial and public stakeholders – can communicate better, exchange knowledge, establish relationships and learn from each other.”

Senior speakers will cover a range of housing construction topics discuss considerations, challenges and opportunities arising from the sector’s commitment to delivering more, better quality, new homes.
