The DEHNcord is a flexible range of type 2 surge arresters that can be easily integrated into flush-mounted systems, cable ducts, flush-type boxes and end use terminal equipment. They are ideally suited to the protection of LED lights, control panels, fire alarm panels etc.
The latest additions to the range are specifically aimed at protection of LED light masts and indoor LED light strips. The new models not only provide surge protection of the LED light supply but also the control phase as well. Visual fault indication is provided for both the supply voltage and the control phase paths.
Compact design offers a high discharge capacity up to 5 kA (8/20 μs) per pole and total discharge capacity Itotal=20 kA.
LED can be disconnected if the SPD is faulty.
The DEHNcord can be easily incorporated into existing systems ensuring reliable protection of terminal equipment at minimum expense, taking up little space and saving installation time.
