Electricians provided with app for Amendment 3
Crabtree has unveiled a useful new App for iPhone and Android smart phones, available now to download from the Apple store and Google play, to assist installers and specifiers with the sales and planning of fire safe domestic circuit protection in compliance with the new Amendment 3 to the Wiring Regulations.
The new App is the first available, and has video content explaining the new amendment 3 consumer unit regulations. This provides an ideal sales tool to show to customer end-users to demonstrate to them the benefits of using metal consumer units to improve fire safety.
In addition, the App can be used to source and order Crabtree products and accessories for 3rd amendment compliance, featuring Crabtree Starbreaker consumer units with unique plug-in busbar connections, designed to ensure guaranteed secure connections every time.
There is similarly video and catalogue content showing the numerous product solutions provided by the Starbreaker all-metal range, alongside detailed installation tutorials to ensure simple and straightforward fitting every time. The App will locate the nearest Starbreaker stockist too, and provide direct contact links to Electrium, whether by email, telephone or straight to the Electrium website.
