Mersen introduces its new USGM1HEL fuse holder Innovative fuse holder with screwless, spring pressure, wire termination technology.

Mersen launches a new UltraSafe fuse holder for 10×38 sized fuse links. USGM1HEL fuse holder is easy to use and save time for installers. It’s a safe and reliable solution for PV installations market.

Innovative extension of HelioProtection Program by Mersen

USGM1HEL fuse holder is dedicated to solar PV applications. With this new USGM1HEL Mersen is extending its HelioProtection Program.

WAGO CAGE CLAMP concept is at the core of USGM1HEL. It provides to the fuse holder screwless, spring pressure and wire termination technology. This technology has 25-year field experience and acceptance.

The time for wiring is reduced by up to 75% through quick, tool-free and easy fuse changeouts.

“Our new product complies with both UL 4248-18 and IEC 60947-3 standards. We recommend to use it to hold our HP6M and HP10M HelioProtection® fuse links to protect PV modules from reverse current. This type of fuse links are known as string fuses.”, says Franck Ageron.
