Sudlows has added the Heating & Ventilating Contractors' Association (HVCA) membership to its portfolio of professional and technical accreditations following an extensive audit process.
Sudlows, a renowned data centre design and build specialist, was placed under technical and commercial examination from a third-party agency to successfully be awarded the nationally respected accreditation.
Gary Frith, mechanical services director at Sudlows said: "This superb news marks a substantial step in recognising our skills and professional capability within both the Mechanical Services division and our Data Centre Projects.
"As a UK designer, installer and maintainer working in a diverse range of engineering environments, this will govern service areas such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductwork and energy management systems.
"Joining HVAC, one of the highest ranking bodies for UK M&E sustainability policy, will also become a key influencer and supporter in our future M&E decisions, as well as give us a distinct business edge".
Martin Burton, HVCA president 2010/2011 said: "I am delighted to welcome Sudlows into membership of this Association.
"The route to HVCA membership is a challenging one, requiring companies to demonstrate to an independent auditor their technical competence and commercial capability.
"That Sudlows has passed successfully through this rigorous process is proof of the high quality standards to which the business operates."
