FR Control Tee by National Safety Apparel

Electrical Review Logo

National Safety Apparel (NSA), a leading USA manufacturer of protective apparel for the industrial safety worker, has released its FR Control Tee powered by Outlast technology.

NSA’s FR Control base layer technology combines arc flash protection with unrivaled comfort and moisture management. The garments are lightweight, soft-to-the-touch and inherently flame resistant allowing the wearer to stay fresh, energized and comfortable in all climate conditions.

The FR Control Tee has the ability to interact with your body to help balance temperature by absorbing, storing and releasing the heat that you produce and more importantly, maintaining a comfort zone for the wearer. In addition, this comfortable, lightweight undergarment is designed with anti-microbial properties, keeping you dry and odorless while providing the protection you need.

The human body naturally perspires to cool the skin, reducing the effectiveness of clothing to keep the body dry and comfortable. The FR Control Tee, however, will keep individuals comfortable by absorbing body heat when too much is created and releasing it back when needed most.

FR Control Tee meets the performance requirements of NFPA 70E with an Arc Rating of 3.6.
