Taking the opportunity to unveil a range of new product innovations, Crestron will be at  ISE2010 in Hall 1, on Booths 1F10 and 1F2.  Visitors to the stand will see the latest products from the leader in control and automation systems for the commercial and residential markets. Solutions will include everything from ultra-slim touchpanels and lighting control, through to entry level integrated systems as well as the very latest in high end premium products.

As many in the industry know, Crestron's DigitalMedia system is set to revolutionise HD content delivery. With fully active products on the stand the show is an ideal opportunity to see how Crestron DigitalMedia operates in both the commercial and residential environments. Delegates to ISE will see first hand, how the DigitalMedia HDMI switchers effortlessly cope with displaying different sourced material and manages all the data transmitted on the signals including HDCP and EDID. In addition to HDMI, DigitalMedia also accepts, manages, and distributes all analogue video and audio – including stereo, SPDIF, and 7.1 surround sound – Ethernet, USB, KVM, power, and control over CAT5e or fibre.

Also making an appearance on the stand will be Prodigy: a new line of home control products from Crestron. Prodigy is a simple to install, easy to use, and exceptionally affordable solution that does not require any special wiring, programming or expensive custom installation. Prodigy home automation solutions include home theatre, audio distribution, lighting and climate control.  Backed by Crestron quality, expertise and support, Prodigy is inexpensive control without compromise.

One of many innovations Crestron is showcasing at ISE 2010 is its new line of ultra-slim, low profile, high definition touchpanels. Only 2-inches deep, Crestron V-Panels are the thinnest available, and uniquely provide VESA mount installation in addition to desktop and flush wall-mount. Offered in 12" (VESA, tilt, wall) and 15" (VESA, tilt, wall) versions, a V-Panel can function as both a touchpanel control interface and flat panel HD display.  A choice of either the Crestron DGE-1 or DGE-2 external graphics engine enable V-Panels to display both HD (HDMI/HDCP) and analogue video (VGA, component, and streaming media from online videos, digital media servers and Web cameras). V-Panels can also integrate VoIP communications, embedded PC applications, USB-HID control, onscreen annotation and whole house control, delivering a complete digital media, control and communication solution.

And for the education sector, the MPC is one of the most successful ever products.  Crestron has ever launched. Already shipping in huge quantities across the globe, the MPC is a cost-effective all-in-one classroom control solution designed to connect, control and route the a-v presentation equipment in the small, one-projector applications, typical of the education sector.

Touchpanels
Supporting its claim to offer the widest range of established touchpanels on the market, Crestron's stand at ISE will be packed with choice, including:
* The TPMC-3X Handheld WiFi Touchpanel redefines handheld remote control, with dramatic advances over previous generation Wi-Fi devices. Exclusively engineered omni-directional 802.11a/b/g communication provides enhanced RF coverage that enables roaming between multiple access points for extended range. An intelligently designed "sleep mode" conserves battery life and allows the 3X to instantly respond when picked up, just like an IR remote, without any delay or connect time. Significantly extended range for multi-room control, the bandwidth for metadata and streaming media display and the instant responsiveness of IR are all combined in the 3X – a sleek, elegant, lightweight package ideal for today's digital home cinemas.
* The new TPMC-4SM touchpanel is available in an array of mounting options, including flush or tilt glass mount, wall mount or tabletop.  With single-wire Ethernet connectivity, the TPMC-4SM is one of the easiest touchpanels to install in any room. Proving extremely popular in both commercial and residential environments, the TPMC-4SM is a compact, low profile and affordable touchpanel that provides direct LAN connectivity.
* Designed for speed, style and extreme versatility, the new TPS-6X from Crestron revolutionises touchpanel design for the 21st Century. High-end aesthetics abound in the sleek, ergonomic design – from the bright, beautiful colour touchscreen and illuminated pushbuttons, to the alluring contour of its tiltable docking base – these features combine to make the TPS-6X the new touchpanel of choice for the residential environment.
