Electrical Review Logo

Aerco now supplies Tips (Thermal Identification Printing System), a computer generated  cable marking system from Hellermann Tyton that will print on to self-adhesive labels, heat shrink and non-heat shrink tubing and a new type of clip-on Tiptag.

The Tips labelling system is fast and simple to operate, lowers costs by reducing labour time and the risk of errors and minimises waste while the high quality, permanent marking is product enhancing.

Using thermal transfer printing technology the system is supplied as a package comprising the TT4000, a robust, high quality printer and Tagprint Pro, a Windows-based software system that enables the importation of information direct from an Excel spreadsheet or database and allows the generation of multiple lines of text, logos and bar-codes. A wide range low-fume, zero-halogen and low-flammable consumables, including ribbons and Tiptag labels, can be supplied and tailored to suit the application.
