Expanding generator and UPS supplier Dale Power Solutions, incorporating Erskine  Systems, has opened a new branch in Scotland.

The global secure power systems company has established a facility near Aberdeen to support its growing sales and customer base north of the border.

Dale already has regional sales and service centres in the South East, South West and North of England providing generating sets and battery back up to an increasing number of customers.

Managing director Tim Wilkins said the next logical step was to establish a sales and service centre to look after our existing customer base and seek out new business.

"Scotland is a developing market for us and the opening of this branch will give us a strong foothold from which to grow and develop the business," he said.

"This is an exciting and significant strategic step in our growth in the UK as we seek to expand into new markets."

The branch will have engineering and sales staff and it will be supported by a business development campaign to boost sales in Scotland.

The new centre is at:

Westpoint House
Prospect Road
Arnhall Business Park
Westhill
Aberdeenshire
