Aggreko has been selected to supply temporary power for the Scottish Music Festival’s three major events, which are being staged by Limelight Event Services.
Aggreko provided the power for the stage lighting and sound systems at the inaugural Speyside Music Festival in May. The second event was the Isle of Skye Music Festival in June.
The third, the largest of the three, is The Tartan Heart Festival at Belladrum, Inverness. It will take place on 12 and 13 August 2005 with three stages and over 45 acts, promising rock, country, blues and Celtic music.
Craig Duncan, who owns Limelight Event Services, said: “Aggreko has been most helpful in satisfying our power requirements for the major events we are organising this year.
“We have used Aggreko many times in the past and have always found it provides an excellent service, so we were happy to award the company the contract for our events this year.”
