Electrical Review Logo

A high-precision fibre cleaver from Fujikura Europe – the CT30 series -is smaller and lighter than its highly acclaimed predecessor. the CT20, at half the size.

More compact, lightweight and easier to handle, the CT30 is less user dependant with its preloaded spring action providing more consistant and reliable repeatability results.

The essential tool for fibre fusion splicing has been designed for up to 12-fibre ribbon cleave angles – 16 rotating positions and there heights, ranging from 6 -16mm cleaving – it is simple to use and easy to handle.

The CT30 has the same blade life as the CT20 series, with 48,000 cleaves (the blade is common to both). The cleaver has a mechanically controlled blade and envil speed.
