Harath has recently strengthened its Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS) Maintenance Services capabilities, by increasing the scope of its site focused “Critical Power Service” maintenance program. End users and facilities management companies can now access what many judge as the most comprehensive UPS Power Supply maintenance package in the industry.
Significant enhancements include a new service approach, backed up with additional staff and technical support methods.

According to a recent Ofgem report, the UK network is still suffering a very significant amount of interruptions (many thousands p.a.) – and whilst not all are attributed to the suppliers, there are many occasions where offices and process’ in the UK suffer a power loss causing loss of revenue.

Harath understands the demands of virtually every industry as it has been a supplier of both installation and UPS Maintenance services to many thousands of UK customers for over 10 years. The Company also has the UK’s largest diesel generator service operation, and combined with this UPS capability, offers the best experience from an installation perspective as well as that from mechanical and power electronic disciplines.

To simplify selection, customers choose from a range of contract services embracing planned preventative maintenance and call out service in any combination of 1-12 visits per year. Additionally, Harath has introduced a two layer Advanced and Interim approach to service which gives a powerful flexibility in how the UPS is serviced and supported dependant on the specific industry.
Harath’s customers benefit with access to an expanded broad-based power services team, with proven experience of the majority of UPS systems on the market. With a harmonised service schedule, this offers users a high quality of maintenance and performance irrespective of the installed equipment.

UPS Maintenance is part of Harath’s Electronic Power Services business and Operations Manager Tony Rutter, points out:- “Our customers are “Power Critical” and now demand a more comprehensive and integrated service than ever before.
