Rogue spark narrowly avoids jail for misuse of Elecsa logo

An electrician narrowly avoided jail after falsely claiming to be registered with Elecsa. Steven Mitchell who traded as CCC Electrical was sentenced at Leeds Crown Court on 17 April 2015 to 12 months imprisonment suspended for two years.
