Learn more about Megger’s relay testing solutions in this upcoming webinar

Electrical Review and Megger have teamed up to host a webinar focused on modern testing solutions for relay protection.

Scheduled for September 25, 2024, at 2pm BST, this session will highlight the advanced functionalities of the Smart Megger Relay Tester (SMRT) units and their applications in enhancing relay protection strategies.

Andrew Burford, Area Sales Manager – Substation Products, and Salman Khan, Application Engineering in Power Protection (UK & Ireland), will both be on hand to share in-depth insights into the SMRT series.

The webinar will cover several critical topics, including:

  • An introduction to the SMRT series and the Relay Test Management Software (RTMS) that promises to enhance the ease and efficiency of tests.
  • A live demonstration on creating custom testing templates, showcasing the system’s adaptability to meet specific testing needs.
  • A detailed case study on the application of a specialised template for P14D load blinders, providing a practical example of the system’s utility in real-world settings.

There are a whole host of SMRT units available, all of which promise to handle complex relay testing, including under/overvoltage, frequency, reclosing, and thermal relays among others. This means that it can be hard to navigate which units are right for which use case, and exactly how to get the most out of the relevant testers.

That’s why Electrical Review has teamed up with Megger for this webinar, which is completely free of charge to join on September 25 at 2pm BST. You can register to join us here
