Schneider Electric expands Kelly Becker’s role to include Belgium, Netherlands

Schneider Electric has announced the expansion of Kelly Becker’s responsibilities as President of the UK and Ireland to now also cover Belgium and the Netherlands.

Kelly Becker will collaborate with David Orgaz D’Hollander, Cluster President of Belgium and Netherlands, to drive faster growth and capitalise on the business opportunities in these countries. This strategic move is part of a broader approach by Schneider Electric, mirroring successful management structures in Eastern Europe that have previously accelerated regional growth.

“Our Belgium and Netherlands business has seen significant growth in recent years, and benefits from strong, local infrastructure and resources. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to work alongside David and his leadership team to drive growth, maximise the enormous potential of the region, and continue to provide an outstanding service for our customers,” said Kelly Becker, whose role will now formally be President of UK and Ireland, Belgium and Netherlands.

Gwenaelle Avice Huet, Executive Vice President of Europe Operations at Schneider Electric, commented on the expansion, stating, “We have full trust in the potential of the Belgium and Netherlands zone. The expanded scope reflects our commitment to accelerating growth and improving customer service in the region. Kelly’s international experience, combined with her demonstrated leadership and track record of driving growth and profitability in the UK and Ireland, will enhance our aspirations in this region.”

Kelly Becker brings over 13 years of leadership experience at Schneider Electric to her new role, with a background that includes serving as Country President in Ireland and Vice-President of the Power Solutions Division in the US.
