Signify launches LumXpert app to simplify buying process

Signify has launched LumXpert, an application designed to make it easier for lighting professionals to buy products and manage projects.

LumXpert aims to streamline the buying process for Philips lighting products by offering immediate quotations from various wholesalers based on detailed project and product requirements. This approach is part of a wider effort to simplify transactions and enhance transparency in the purchasing process.

Beyond simply facilitating product purchases, LumXpert also includes features for project management and the execution of lighting calculations through an integrated design tool. It also provides access to customer service experts and presents financing options tailored for professionals in the lighting industry.

Nico van der Merwe, Market Leader at Signify UKI, shared insights into the app’s development, stating, “Today, 96% of installers seek information online, juggling search engines and manufacturer and wholesaler websites. Signify LumXpert allows them to work more efficiently, providing them with the products and information they need, along with specialized tools and support to help them take their business and customer experience to the next level.”

Alongside the debut of the new app, Signify is offering a temporary 15% discount on the first Philips product purchase made via LumXpert.

The app is now available for download on the App Store and Google Play Store.
