Marshall-Tufflex has announced the launch of its latest catalogue, featuring the company’s full collection of cable management solutions.

Since the publication of the last catalogue, Marshall-Tufflex has made the decision to talk about their commitment to using recycled PVC-U in their manufacturing processes. Based on figures from 1 January – 31 December 2018, Marshall-Tufflex’s PVC-U products are manufactured from an average of 80% recycled plastic, with some white extruded products produced from 100% recycled material.

Due to its quality control system, Marshall-Tufflex can now inform end-users of the percentage of recycled material used in all of its products via the index in the new catalogue.

The catalogue also introduces a range of new solutions to Marshall-Tufflex’s product portfolio, such as an extended range of firefly clips. Firefly clips can be used within trunking to secure surface cables, helping to avoid the risk of entanglement in the event of a fire. The engineered solution has been designed for use with a wide range of trunking ranges and complies with the latest updates to BS 7671.

The company has also added to its trunking range with the release of sterling curve aluminium. The triple compartment trunking is easy to install and the curved profile prevents surface clutter. Manufactured from aluminium, the solution is designed for high-traffic environments such as schools, hospitals, offices, factories, railway stations and airports.

Marshall-Tufflex’s catalogue features a number of new installer-focussed products, including Tuff-N-Smooth PVC-U wipes for eliminating marks, scuffs and grime. To help installers when working on-site, a range of cable catchers are now available. The solution has been designed in-line with the Health and Safety Executive’s recommendations to lift trailing cables off the floor and remove trip hazards on-site.

Speaking on the new catalogue, Katie Barnes, marketing manager at Marshall-Tufflex commented, “We’re delighted that our new catalogue has finally hit the shelves. This year’s edition contains a range of innovative solutions designed to make the lives of construction professionals easier and safer. On top of these benefits, the catalogue highlights the recycled content of each of our PVC-U products, helping users meet crucial environmental targets. This catalogue represents a step forward for the sector and reaffirms our commitment to helping the construction industry reduce its impact on the planet.”
