The initiative is open to anyone aged 39 or below (as of 31 December 2016) who works within the building services engineering sector, whether on-site or office based. Individuals working in any role for the following types of organisation are eligible to enter:
•Clients and specifiers (e.g. facilities managers, local authorities, housing associations, property developers)
•Consultants and designers
•Engineering firms
•Installers and contractors
•Manufacturers and distributors
The entry and judging process is completely digital, and is designed to be as simple as possible, without any need to complete lengthy forms or to attend any interviews in person.
