Today nearly all businesses depend on technology to enable day?to?day as well as critical operations. This combined with increasing economic pressures, sustainability concerns, and energy costs is driving changes in the way data centres are deployed. Our broad portfolio of prefabricated solutions delivers the speed and efficiency to relieve these pressures.

WHO: Colocation facilities are seeking faster, cheaper ways to ‘step and repeat’ computer power and support systems. Prefabrication is also useful for enterprises and retrofit projects when data centres are out of power, cooling capacity, or physical space.

WHAT: Prefabricated power, cooling, and IT modules from 50 kW to 1 MW are pre-engineered with integrated hardware and software. Manufactured and tested in a factory, they arrive on‐site ready to be deployed quickly and easily.

WHEN: Typical delivery is 12 to 16 weeks or less from PO to shipping. This is about 60 per cent* faster than a traditional, stick built data centre, which can take several years to complete.

WHERE: Modules can be deployed inside or outside — independently or together — to make a complete data centre solution. Self‐contained, single enclosures can be used in remote, harsh environments, like the desert, but non-container options are also available for enterprise environments.

WHY: Advantages over traditional stick built data centres include faster deployment, predictable availability and efficiency, and the scalability and flexibility to ‘plug and play’ for changing requirements.

HOW: The whole process is simplified with more than 100 proven reference designs that can be used by local project managers and engineers to build a customised solution. Our tailored supply chain then delivers modules from a local source quickly and cost effectively.
