Further UPS installations at Reading
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) specialist, Borri has just completed the installation and commissioning of four additional, high efficiency Borri B9600FXS UPS units at Everest Data Centre’s facility in Reading.
The Borri B9600FXS UPS modules have been positioned in a 2N electrical configuration, where one has been custom designed in orange and another in black to identify the A + B supplies. All associated switchgear and cabling have also been custom coloured respectively.
This additional 1.6MVA in emergency power capacity has been installed to support the rapidly expanding co-located data centre, which due to demand has accelerated its expansion plans and space continues to go fast.
