ECA statement on HVCA withdrawal of BESNA
The Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA) has welcomed the news the HVCA has terminated its plans to introduce the Building Engineering Services National Agreement (BESNA). Balfour Beatty Engineering Services (BBES) and NG Bailey have also previously confirmed they intend to withdraw from the agreement: This presents an important opportunity for the industry to move forward. The ECA has consistently said that a collaborative way forward is the only way to deliver sustainable change.
