New RCBOs - big on space saving
GE has announced the introduction of its new space saving Compact RCBO range. Part of the company's Unibis platform, the new product family reflects the increased demand in the use of RCBOs for domestic and commercial applications. It is the same physical size as GE's standard ElfaPlus range of modular MCBs and as a result provides more cabling space in the consumer unit.
The Compact RCBOs are designed to fit into all existing GE manufactured consumer units and 3 phase distribution boards and can also be used to retrofit any of the GE manufactured range of single module RCBOs.
The new range complies with all current legislation and is manufactured in accordance with BSEN/IEC 61009-1 at 6kA and is available in both A and AC types from 6 to 32 amps in both B and C tripping characteristics and is available with or without the flying neutral lead.
