Tool sets and cable management from Thorsman in the spotlight at ELEX 2007

High-quality VDE-approved tool sets, new Cablestik portable cable management products, energy-efficient cordless LED lamps and economical fluorescent work lights for on-site use are among the wide range of innovative products which Thorsman, a company of Schneider Electric, is showing at ELEX 2007, The Electrician’s Exhibition.

Visitors to the exhibition will not only get the opportunity to examine and evaluate the products for themselves, but can also purchase selected items at specially discounted exhibition-only prices.

The tool sets on show are available in versions tailored to suit electrical and electronic applications, and typically include heavy-duty pliers and cutters, insulated screwdrivers and, in many versions, handy neon mains testers. The kits are supplied in convenient soft-grip wallets.

Cablestik freestanding cable holders on the Thorsman stand provide a complete and cost-effective solution to the problem of managing cables while carrying out electrical installation work on site. Robust and easy to assemble, Cablestik cable holders have a high load capacity allowing them to support multiple cable reels. They are supplied complete with a free carrying and storage bag.

Lack of light on site not only slows down work, it also compromises safety. The Thorsman stand offers two convenient and cost-effective solutions – LED Lightstiks, which have built-in rechargeable batteries for cordless operation, and Goliath fluorescent work lights for use where access to a mains supply is readily available.
