Out with the old and in with the new

Electrical Review Logo

Despite the trials and tribulations thrown at us by Covid-19, we at Electrical Review HQ have been beavering away behind the scenes to bring you a brand-new and improved website.

After conducting a Reader’s Survey at the back end of 2019, we learned that the majority of our readers consume our content via digital platforms, therefore we felt it only right to improve our digital offering.

When designing the new website, we wanted to make it as easy as possible for our audience to find the content they care about the most, with dedicated sections for all our main topics, features, news, and products.

As well as more user-friendly navigation, we now also have a new dedicated space for video content, as well as a live chat box so you can contact a member of the team instantly with any questions or queries, we’ve also added a wealth of information about how you can get involved.

Although Electrical Review is the longest standing electrical journal in the UK, having served the industry since 1872 starting off life as the Telegraphic Journal, over the years, Electrical Review has grown into so much more than a magazine, offering a diverse portfolio of products separate from our main publication.

With regards to the publication itself, all of our back issues are now hosted on a slicker, easier to read flippable platform, making accessing the digital editions of our publication easier and more convenient to access than ever.

Since reader feedback was the catalyst for this revamp to begin with, we of course welcome and encourage any further feedback in order for us to continually improve, adapt and evolve this project in line with what our industry wants to see.

On that note we hope you enjoy the new site, should you wish to get involved in any way, please don’t hesitate to contact a member of the team, the details of which can be found here. Or leave a comment down below and let us know how you feel.
